Chiropractic
~ My specialty is in neck-chiropractic, however most of my clients tend to see me for full body wellbeing sessions. I like to use chiropractic as a tool to help with stiff joints, tenderness and tightness.
~ I have studied most of the popular chiropractic techniques, including dry needling, and use a combined approach.
~ I originally studied anatomy at Curtin University in 2003 before completing my chiropractic degree at Murdoch University in 2009 and have operated a studio inside Karrinyup Shopping Centre since 2022.
A little more about my practice:
~ Private one-on-one sessions (no “conveyer belt”)
~ Low-dose X-ray options available
~ I am G.P., massage, physio & naturopath friendly
~ Co-managing somatic-support (overwhelm; grief / loss / separation-distress etc.) with mental health practitioner’s
Heartschool
~ My special interest is in how stored tension in our body can strongly affect our health, mood and relationships.
~ The Heartschool tension model was published in a literature review at U.W.A. in 2020, which looks at integrating feminine stress responses in the body.
~ I have experience in measuring the nervous system through my heart research app. Many therapists and healers talk about nervous system regulation – however, very few know how to measure it in a meaningful, medical-grade way.
